Learned counsel for appellant submits that respondents have submitted with the bank a bank guarantee, but has not submitted discharge letter from the beneficiary BHEL. Learned counsel for the respondents, however, states that they have filed FDR worth Rs.5 lacs with the bank and, therefore, bank be directed to release the property documents.
Learned counsel for the appellant bank seeks time to file reply to the application. Let reply be filed within two weeks.
