This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Learned counsel for respondents submits that there is urgency in the matter for the reason that the entire amount has been paid to the bank. He further submits that there was a delay of 30 days in the payment, but interest for the delayed period has also been paid.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that there is a chance of settlement if respondents approaches the bank. It is agreed by the learned counsel for both sides that the bank and respondents will meet at the branch concerned of the bank at 11.30 p.m. on 25.04.2022 and will try to sort out the issues amicably.
List the matter on 04.05.2022 for arguments, if no settlement is arrived at.
