The matter is pending for a long time and is lingering on one ground or another as bank officials keep on asking for one document or another. List the matter for hearing on 13.12.2022 and in case the dispute between the parties cannot be sorted out and some more formalities are required to be fulfilled, let the Chief Manager of the bank be present before this Tribunal through V.C. so that all the necessary documents required can be sought from the applicant.
