Inspite of earlier order dated 18.07.2022, the learned counsel for the appellant has not taken any steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 3 and no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2 inspite of three opportunities being granted.
As last chance, respondent no. 2 may file reply by the next date, if so desired.
The office report shows that reply to the waiver application has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and waiver application is pending consideration.
