Present: Shri Ashok Pandey, counsel for the appellant, Shri Supriy Mishra, Advocate appears and files memo of appearance on behalf of the respondent no. 1, who may file his vakalatnama and reply to the waiver and delay condonation applications.
The report of the Registrar dated 12.09.2022 shows that the present appeal has been filed under section 20 of the RDDBFI Act against the final order dated 16.10.2018 passed by the DRT, Lucknow in O.A. No. 860/2017. The said report further shows that the I.A. No. 303/2022 for waiver and I.A. No. 302/2022 for delay condonation application have been filed along with appeal.
Issue notices to the remaining respondents by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and speed post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
