No pre deposit has been made. Waiver Application has been filed. As per the calculation of Suit Amount by Bank while filing the O.A. in DRT, Dehradun as on 01.04.2021 was Rs. 19,02,82,276= 24P (Page 630 of the appeal). It has been mentioned that the appellant is not in position to make any deposit. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue before the Hon’ble Court.
The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against interim order dated 31.10.2022 of DRT, Dehradun S.A. No. 118/2022. Expedite Application (I.A.
