Shri Sandeep Arora, Advocate holding brief of Shri A. K. Pal, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondentBank and submits that he has not been served with the copy of appeal. Learned counsel for the appellants undertakes to serve the same during course of the day.
Vide earlier order dated 19.12.2022, notice was issued to the respondents and in interregnum, all the parties were directed to maintain the status quo. However, the office report dated 27.02.2023, no steps have been taken by the counsel for the appellant for service of notice upon the respondents. Let the appellant take steps within a week for service of notice upon the respondents as per order dated 19.12.2022. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date. If steps are not taken within the stipulated period, the interim relief granted by this Tribunal vide order dated 19.12.2022 shall stand automatically vacated.
List this case on 11.05.2023 for service. Till then the interim order, if any, shall remain operative.
