The office report dated 21.04.2022 shows that reply to the waiver application for mandatory deposit has been filed by the respondent-Bank and the reply to the application seeking production of relevant documents by the respondent-Bank has also been filed.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri Akshat Agrawal could not come from Jabalpur today due to some personal problem, therefore, he prays for adjournment.
The appellant may also file rejoinder to the replies filed by the respondent-bank by the next date.
