Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the residential house has been locked by the Bank. He further contends that the appellant is ready to deposit part of the amount due, but the lock may be opened, as she has no place to reside.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that if 25% of the amount due is deposited by the appellant, the lock will be opened.

Let 25% of the amount due be deposited within 15 days and on such deposit, the respondent-bank is directed to open the lock of the residential house of the appellant.

Accordingly, the urgency application being I.A. No. 394/2022 stands disposed off.
