M/s Jainam Dormitory Vs. Punjab National Bank & Anr.
Vide earlier order dated 13.05.2022 of this Tribuanl, notice was directed to be sent to the appellant for engaging another counsel, as the earlier counsel Shri V. D. Chauhan, as he was then, has been elevated as judge of the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court.
The office report dated 06.12.2022 shows that the registry had sent the notice through registered post to the appellant, but neither the appellant nor his any representative has put in appearance till date.
Let the matter be listed on 23.03.2023, by which time the appellant may put in appearance either in person or through his counsel, if so desired, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
