Be that as it may, the matter is still pending before the Tribunal below for adjudication, which may be done without being influenced by the observation made earlier by the Tribunal below or by this Tribunal. Let the pending proceeding be decided by the DRT concerned expeditiously.
In view of the above, the appeal is disposed off. Till the matter is decided finally by the Tribunal below, the interim protection as already granted by this Tribunal shall remain operative.
