Learned counsel for the appellants has filed substitution application being I.A. No. 113/2020 stating that Allahabad Bank has now merged with the Indian Bank, therefore, the substitution application be allowed.
In view of the above, the substitution application is allowed and the counsel for the appellant is directed to file amended cause title by the next date. Rejoinder is already on record.
