Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the recall application being M.A. No. 04/2022 has been filed by the respondent no. 1 for recalling the order dated 25.11.2021, but after filing the same, the respondent no. 1 has never appeared.
List this case on 21.03.2023, by which time the learned counsel for the respondent may put in appearance and argue the matter, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
