Present: Shri A. K. Srivastava, counsel for the appellant,
Shri Nikhil Mishra, Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and submits that he shall seek instructions from the other respondents. The recall application being M.A. No. 04/2022 for recalling the order dated 25.11.2021 has been filed. The learned counsel for the appellant states that the copy of the said application has not been given to him.
The learned counsel for the respondents is directed to serve the copy of the recall application upon Shri A. K. Srivastava, counsel for the appellant during course of the day, who may file response by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant strongly opposes to the recall application, which has been filed by the respondent no. 1.
