The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent is tendering a Demand Draft of Rs.5 Lacs today. The Registry is directed to accept the same which shall be invested in term deposits in the name of Registrar, DRAT, Mumbai, with any nationalized bank, initially for a period of 13 months, and thereafter it will be renewed periodically.
The Application for the waiver of pre-deposit is heard.
Post on 19.10.2022 for order on I.A. No.383/2022 i.e. application for waiver of pre-deposit.
The possession shall not be taken without giving 15 days' advance notice to the Appellant.
