The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank seeks further time to file a reply on the application for waiver of predeposit stating that he received the relevant papers only two days back.
The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant expressed his anxiety about being dispossessed from the property in pursuance of the Sarfaesi measures and that it is a residential /industrial premises.
Reply, if any, shall be filed within two weeks with an advance copy to the other side.
Post on 26.08.2022 for reply/hearing.
Possession of the secured property shall not be taken without 10 days prior notice to the Appellant by the Respondent Bank.
