THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

It is very unfortunate that Mr. Sonwal Tibrewal, Learned Counsel, appears and initially makes a request for adjournment on the ground that Mr. Sumantha, Learned Counsel, from Hyderabad, will argue the matter.

While going through the record, I find there is an order, passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for the State of Telengana at Hyderabad, in Writ Petition No. 444 of 2022, filed by the Petitioner, the Appellant herein. That writ petition was filed against order dated 22^nd June, 2020, passed by Learned DRT, Hyderabad in S.A. 178 of 2019; which is also under challenge in the present appeal as well, wherein the Hon’ble High Court has passed an interim order, staying operation of the impugned order dated 22^nd June, 2020. That writ petition was ordered to be listed within six weeks from the date of the order. i.e. 12^th April, 2022.
