THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
The Writ Petition No.1444 of 2022 was disposed of by the Hon’ble High Court for the State of Telengana at Hyderabad on 12th April, 2022 wherein it was directed to dispose of the Appeal within six weeks. However, today (21/07/2022) there is a resolution of the DRT Bar Association and learned Counsel for the Respondents are not present.
