Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the delay condonation application was filed by the earlier counsel, therefore, copy of the same is not available with him.
On the last occasion, the learned counsel for the Bank was directed to obtain copy of the same from the registry, but the same has not been taken by him till date. However, the learned counsel for the Bank is directed to take photocopy of the delay condonation application from the registry of this Tribunal by 14.11.2022 and file reply within a week thereafter.
List this case on 27.01.2023 for limitation.
