The present application has been filed under section 17(6) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 for expeditious hearing and disposal of the S.A. no. 685/2019 for the reason stated in the application.
Learned counsel for the appellant has vehemently argued that inspite of the fact that the appellant has purchased the property in public auction and the sale certificate has issued to him on 29.10.2018, but he has not been able to get the possession of the same.
Be that as it may, the present application is disposed off with a direction to the DRT, Allahabad to consider and decide the S.A. No. 685/2019, which is stated to be pending before the DRT, Allahabad, most expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within three months from the date of production of copy of this order before the DRT, Allahabad.
