The present appeal has been filed by the appellant under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the final order dated 29.07.2022 passed by the DRT, Jabalpur in S.A. No. 500/2021.
The report of the Registrar dated 10.11.2022 shows that the I.A. No. 373/2022 being delay condonation application has been filed. The report further records that the outstanding dues of financial institution against the respondent is Rs. 50.00 lacs and requisite court fee has been paid.
Let the notice be issued to the respondents on the delay condonation by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
