Learned counsel for the appellants has deposited a demand draft no. 752375 dated 25.10.2022 for Rs. 3.25 lacs towards pre-deposit, which is taken on record. The learned counsel submits that 25% of the amount due has already been deposited.
The said amount be kept in the form of FDR in the nationalized bank for a period of six months in auto renewal scheme.
Issue notice to the respondents on waiver by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
