Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present application be disposed off with direction to the learned Presiding Officer, DRT, Ranchi to consider and decide the S.A. No. 07/2018 finally within the time as stipulated by this Tribunal.
Learned counsel for the respondent-borrower submits that if the borrower may be permitted to run the company by delocking the same, the borrower may deposit more amount as directed by this Tribunal.
Be that as it may, the present application is finally disposed off with direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Ranchi to consider and decide the S.A. No. 07/2018 finally within a month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
