Learned counsel for the appellant contends that against the personal guarantors, the Bank has proceeded before the NCLT and the said matter is still pending consideration and interim moratorium has been declared.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he has not been served with the copy of memo of appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to serve the same upon the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, who may file reply by the next date.
