Present: Ms. Utkarshini Singh, counsel for the appellant,
Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 663/2022 and time extension application being I.A. no. 664/2022.
It is stated in the urgency application that after issuance of notice, learned counsel for the appellant could not take steps within the prescribed period, therefore, requests for further time to take steps. It has also been stated that right of the appellant over the property is being hampered and the appellant is facing a huge loss with every passing day, therefore, there is urgency in this matter.
No good ground is made out in the urgency application, therefore, the matter be taken-up on the date already fixed i.e. 04.01.2023 and one week’s time is granted to the learned counsel for the appellant for taking steps for service of notice upon the respondents as per earlier order dated 14.11.2022.
Accordingly, the urgency application as well as time extension application are disposed off.
