Present: Shri Bharat Bhusan Paul, counsel for the appellant, Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the waiver application.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the amount of Rs. 8,09,272.10 was shown to be due in the demand notice dated 03.05.2019 issued by the respondent-Bank, against which an amount of Rs. 4.00 lacs has been deposited by the appellant pursuant to the order dated 20.04.2022 passed by the Hon’ble High Court, Patna, copy of which has been appended at page no. 63 of the paper book. Therefore, the learned counsel prays that the waiver application may be allowed.
After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, the waiver application being I.A. No. 295/2022 is allowed.
Issue notice on delay to the respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
