Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the decree holder draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 14^th February, 2025, passed in CS(COMM) 951/2024 , which reads as under:

“1. At request of the senior counsel for the defendants, list on 03^rd March 2025.

2. In the meantime, defendants shall pay a sum of Rs.10 Lacs to the plaintiffs within three days from today, which shall accordingly be accounted for the accounts between the parties.

3. Order be uploaded on the website of this Court.”

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the decree holder, on instructions, submits that the decree stands satisfied in the present matter and that he shall pursue only the other execution petition, i.e., EX.P. 109/2025 .
