By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ( BNSS ), the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

“A. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Court of Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, to take up and dispose of CT Cases No. 464770/2016 titled Kamlesh & Ors. vs. Bhagwan Dass & Ors. in a time-bound manner, preferably within an outer period of three to six months, or within such period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;

B. Direct that the stage of arguments on

Needless to say, none of the parties shall be allowed to take any unnecessary adjournment(s) till such time.
