The instant petition is for the following reliefs:-

“a ) Issue an appropriate writ , order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondent Authorities to consider, decide and take appropriate action on the complaints submitted by the Petitioner, namely:

(i) Complaint dated 02.04.2026 [ ANNEXURE P- 1 ],

¶15

(ii) Reminder dated 15.04.2026, [ANNEXURE P-2] and (iii ) Second Reminder dated 20.04 .2026 [ ANNEXURE P-3],

and to pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a time bound manner;

b) Further direct the Respondent Authorities to initiate criminal proceedings against Saurabh Bhargav, Chamber No.40, Lawyer Chamber, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi , Mobile No.9873566019 and other persons who involved in the same for offences including impersonation of a statutory authority, cheating, forgery , use of forged documents and criminal conspiracy;

c) And pass any other or further order(s ) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.”

It is the case of the petitioner that he has filed complaints dated 02.04.2026, 15.04.2026 and 28.04.2026 before respondent-Authority to initiate criminal proceedings in accordance with law for serious cognizable offences involving impersonation of a statutory authority, cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy.

If the petitioner believes that a cognizable offence has been committed, the petitioner will have to take appropriate remedy of filing a criminal complaint before the Court of competent jurisdiction. There cannot be unilateral directions for deciding such a representation/ complaint by respondent-Authority.

With the aforesaid liberty, the instant petition along with all pending applications stands dismissed.
