Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to consider and decide the petitioner’s representation.

When asked, he submitted that he had, inter alia , filed a complaint before the concerned Magisterial Court situated at South-West District, Dwarka, Delhi but, so far, no action has been taken in the abovesaid matter, despite the fact that Action Taken Report (ATR) was sought and was even placed on record.

Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.

It is, however, made clear that this Court has not made any observation with respect to the merits of the abovesaid complaint filed by the petitioner and it will be entirely up to the learned Magisterial Court to take appropriate decision, in accordance with law.
