As a last and final opportunity, it is directed that the petition along with accompanying documents and additional affidavits (which shall be filed within one week from today) shall be treated as a representation and a speaking order shall be passed within 15 days from today, failing which the Court will be constrained to initiate appropriate proceedings against Senior Officers of the respondent No. 1 Bank.
