The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 4^th August, 2026, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 10926/2026 , whereby, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) was directed to take appropriate action in terms of the statement of the counsel for MCD that steps for re-sealing the subject property, i.e., property bearing no. 11377 and 11378, Singhara Chowk, Nabi Karim, Delhi-110055 , shall be undertaken, within a period of two weeks, from the date of the said order. It was further submitted by the said counsel that First Information Report (“FIR”) shall

Today, Mr. Ashutosh Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the property has already been re-sealed on 8^th September, 2026.

He further submits that the MCD has also written to the local Police Station (“PS”) for registration of an FIR in that regard.

At request of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the copy of the letter sent by the MCD to the PS, may also be shared with him. 5. Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The present petition along with pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
