The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the directions in the judgment dated 15^th November, 2022, passed in W.P.(C) 2554/2012 , read with orders dated 04^th January, 2024 and 24^th May, 2024, passed in CONT.CAS(C) 1219/2023 .

This Court notes that vide judgment dated 15^th November, 2022, directions had been issued in favour of the petitioner, in the following manner:

When the aforesaid directions were not complied by the respondent, an earlier contempt petition being CONT.CAS(C) 1219/2023 came to be filed by the petitioner herein.

The said contempt petition was disposed of vide order dated 24^th May, 2024, by noting as follows:

Perusal of the aforesaid orders show that pursuant to the directions passed in the judgment dated 15^th November, 2022, the Directorate of Education (“DoE”) Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (“GNCTD”) offered appointment to the petitioner to the post of Data Entry

Operator on contractual basis in their Caretaking Branch.

This Court is informed that the contract of the petitioner has now been extended till 15^th October, 2026.

Accordingly, since the petitioner has been offered contractual appointment in compliance with the directions as passed in the judgment dated 15^th November, 2022, the respondent shall continue to engage the services of the petitioner, by way of rehabilitation to the petitioner.

Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the present petition along with the pending applications is disposed of.
