The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 06^th August, 2026, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 11129/2026 , wherein, directions had been issued in the following manner:

In response to the present petition, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on advance notice, has handed over to this Court a copy of the Restoration Order dated 18^th August, 2026.

The said Restoration Order issued by the Western Regional Committee (“WRC”) National Council for Teacher Education (“NCTE”), reads as under:

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is satisfied with the said Restoration Order passed by the respondentNCTE.

He further confirms the fact that communication with regards the Restoration Order has also been sent by NCTE to the petitioner’s affiliating body as well as to the concerned department of the state authority.

However, he submits that the status of the petitioner as a recognised institution is also to be reflected on the official website of the NCTE. 7. Responding to the same, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-NCTE submits that the needful shall be done, within a period of two days, and the status of the petitioner as a recognised institution shall be duly reflected on the official website of the NCTE.
