“a) Set aside Impugned Order dated 08.06.2022 passed by Ms. Madhu Jain, Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket in Guardianship Petition No. 36/2021 titled ‘ Natasha Gujral vs. Siddarth Gujral’;

b) Allow Petitioner visitation of the minor child during summer holiday from 24.06.2022 to 08.07.2022 and grant unsupervised visitation rights qua the minor son Adhiraj Gujral to the Petitioner mother at least 2 days a week from 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM during the summer vacation;

c) Expunge the remarks made against the Petitioner by the Ld. Family Court in the Impugned Order dated 08.06.2022 that “relation was not good between the Petitioner and her son”;

d) Expunge the remarks against the Petitioner by the Ld. Family Court in the Order dated 15.03.2022 that “it is quite clear that she is totally tutored and brainwashed”;
