It is stated in the present petition that on 22.01.2026, learned counsel for the respondent pointed out before learned District Judge, South-East, Saket Courts, that dispute between the parties in the subject suit is commercial in nature, and therefore, the same is ought to be transferred to Commercial Court of competent jurisdiction in South East District, Saket Courts. Thus, the present petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid reliefs.
