The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

“a) Set aside/quash the impugned order dated 13.03.2026 passed by the Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi in PPA No. 5/25 titled “Manoj Kumar & Anr. vs. University of Delhi”, whereby the application under Order XLI Rule 27 read with Section 151CPC filed by the Appellants has been dismissed; and/or

b) Call the entire Court record pending before the Ld. Court of Sh. Gurvinder Pal Singh Principal District and Sessions Judge South Saket Court Delhi; and/or

¶15

c) Restore the application under Order XLI Rule 27 CPC to its original position and permit the Appellant to place on record the

In view of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file a fresh application before the learned Appellate Court within a period of one week. On the same being filed, the learned Appellate Court is requested to decide the same in accordance with law.
