Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-MCD on advance notice submits that the subject property has been booked and a show cause notice has been issued on 6^th July, 2026 in respect of unauthorised construction in the shape of construction of an unauthorised third floor.

The show cause notice has been handed over in Court and the same is taken on record.

He further submits that the address is incorrect and the correct address is as given in the show cause notice.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing respondent-MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
