property was carried out on 7^th February, 2026 and a watch and ward letter was issued to the SHO, Police Station Sangam Vihar on 7^th January, 2026, calling upon him to keep a strict vigil over the subject property so that the demolished portion of the construction is not constructed again. Subsequently, since the property was occupied, a vacation notice under Section 349 of the DMC Act was issued on 1^st July, 2026.
