Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Tushar Sannu, learned Counsel representing Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“ MCD ”) and Mr. Sameer Vashisht, learned Standing Counsel (Civil) for Respondent No. 2 – GNCTD.

This Petition raises concerns about improper management of the parking spaces / blocks. Certain photographs have been enclosed with the Writ Petition which, according to the Petitioner, depict that vehicles have been parked outside the space earmarked for parking. In the aforesaid circumstances, we permit the Petitioner to make a representation giving the specific details of the parking lots / spaces where vehicles are being allowed to be parked outside the space / spaces earmarked for parking to the authorities concerned. The Petitioner may in this regard represent his cause to the MCD, Delhi Development Authority and the DCP, Traffic, Delhi, within a period of fortnight from today.

Once any such representation is made, the same shall be appropriately attended to by these authorities and appropriate decision thereon as also the action which may be warranted under law shall be taken with expedition, say within a period of six weeks from the date representation to be made by the Petitioner and received by these authorities.

So far as the other prayers are concerned, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach the Court by way of filing a fresh writ petition. 6. The Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
