This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :-

“a. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction quashing and setting aside the Impugned Auction Notice dated 11.06.2026 issued by Respondent No. 1 concerning the property situated at Shop No. 14, 2nd Floor, LSC, Sheikh Sarai, Phase-II, New Delhi-110017;

b. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 to drop all ongoing and subsequent coercive measures initiated under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 concerning the property situated at Shop No. 14, 2nd Floor, LSC, Sheikh Sarai, Phase-II, New Delhi-110017. ...”

Mr. Bhimani, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1, states that

according to the instructions received, the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have arrived at a settlement, which has been signed by petitioner No. 1.

Since a settlement has been arrived at, the respondents will not proceed ahead with the Auction Notice, subject to the parties adhering to their obligation in the settlement.

In this view of the matter, Mr. Dewan, learned senior counsel for the petitioners, does not press the present petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to revive in case of any subsequent developments.
