The present writ petition was filed by the Petitioner seeking a stay and suspension of the election for the Managing Committee of Jaina Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd.

The Petitioner had approached the Vacation Bench of this Court, which had passed the order dated 3^rd June, 2026, to the following effect:

“ 4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, candidly submits that since the filing of the present petition, returning officer of respondent no. 4 has taken (further) steps with respect to the election programme as also processed qua those, he seeks to give up the prayer a), hereinabove.

5. As such, qua the remaining prayers, list before the Roster Bench on 09.07.2026.”
