The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/ MCD to inspect the property bearing no. B-3/64, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058 (hereinafter ‘ subject property ’) and take action in accordance with law.

She submits that there are some deviations noticed in the ongoing construction and appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken in respect thereof. She further submits that a show cause notice has been issued on 20^th May, 2026 in this regard.

Accordingly, a direction is passed that the respondent no.1/ MCD shall also inspect the property of the petitioner to determine if there is any unauthorized construction thereon, and if there is any unauthorized construction, appropriate action shall be taken in accordance with law.
