This application has been filed seeking recall of the order dated 20^th February, 2026. By the said order, the writ petition has been disposed of directing the respondent-MCD to inspect the subject properties and take action in accordance with law.

Pursuant to the said order, a show cause notice dated 30^th March, 2026, has been issued for unauthorised construction in the subject properties bearing Nos.6198, 6198-A and 6198-B situated at Fatehpuri, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants/respondents no.2 and 3 submits that the present petition was filed by gross concealment and the petitioner herself has carried out unauthorised construction.

If the private respondents have a grievance against the unauthorised construction carried out by the petitioner, they will be free to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
