This petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

“A. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing of order dated 29.04.2025 passed by respondent no.4 (the commandant 147 bn, CRPF), , us 11 (1) of CRPF act 1949 r/w rule 27 CRPF ri;es 1955, imposing compulsory retirement on the ground of ‘unsuitability’ on the petitioner and the order dated 14.07.2025 passed by the deputy inspector general, Silchar range, CRPF, on the petition under rule 28 CRPF rules 1955 and order dated 22.01.2026 passed by IG North-East sector CRPF; B. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order or

direction to the Respondents to Reinstate the petitioner in service with all back wages, arrears with interest, benefits, seniority, and consequential advantages from the date of compulsory retirement i.e., 29 April 2025:

C. Pass such other or further order(s) as may be deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

In effect, the petitioner is challenging the orders dated 29.04.2025, 14.07.2025 and 22.01.2026, all these order were passed outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to the order passed by this Court on 13.01.2026 to contend that the said order shall give cause of action to the petitioner.

We are afraid that such a plea cannot be accepted. More so, in paragraph 3 of the order dated 13.01.2026; we had made it clear that, it is the Inspector General, NES, CRPF who is the Revisional Authority and shall decide the revision petition filed by the petitioner. Concedeingly, the Inspector General, NES, CRPF is also based outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Liberty shall be with the petitioner to approach the Competent Court of jurisdiction in accordance with law.
