This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking the following reliefs:-

“I. In view of the mischevious non compliance of the order (Annexure 7) petitioner prays hon'ble Court to revive/restore the disposed WRIT and adjudicate the same under due WRIT procedure by compelling affidavit on the respondents. Restore the writ petition to its original number and hear it on merits after compelling counter affidavits on the Respondents in public interest.
