1. The petition is for the following reliefs:

“ a. directing Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to forthwith withdraw and/or cancel the freezing instructions/orders issued in respect of the Petitioners’ bank accounts and consequently direct Respondent No. 4 to defreeze the said bank accounts and remove/lift the lien thereon;

b. directing Respondent No. 2 to inform Respondent No. 1/U.O.I. as well as the Petitioners that whether the seizure has been reported to the jurisdictional Magistrate, failing which the lien/freeze may kindly be directed to be lifted;

c. directing the Police to not remove/withdraw the money from the Bank accounts of the Petitioners ;”
