By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following

prayers:

“(a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing Respondents No. 2 and 3 to forthwith and in any event within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, fully and faithfully comply with the order dated 19.08.2025 passed by the First Appellate Authority in Appeal Registration No. ROCDH/ A/E/25/00046, and to furnish to the Petitioner the complete file log of the complaint dated 14.10.2024 together with full details of the investigation initiated, if any, and the action taken to be taken thereon;

(b) Direct the competent authority under the R TI Act, 2005 to consider and, if found appropriate, impose penalty upon Respondent No. 3/the concerned CPIO under Section 20(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 for failw·e, without reasonable cause, to furnish infonnation within the specified time and for failure to comply with the appellate order dated 19.08.2025;

(c) Initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the concerned officer(s) of the Respondent authorities for deliberate and willful noncompliance with the binding appellate order dated 19.08.2025, which has remained unimplemented for over ten months..”

The respondents are directed to consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under intimation to the petitioner herein.

In view of the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.

In case the petitioner has any further grievance, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court in accordance with law.
