The present petition has been instituted pursuant to the order dated 09^th July, 2025 passed by Registrar General of this Court in light of the request made by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, for transfer of CT case No. 1479/2022 titled Directorate of Enforcement Vs. Tej Bahadur Mishra to the Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi since it is the concerned Court having jurisdiction to adjudicate cases under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. Moreover, it is submitted that that the principal prosecution complaint in the present dispute is already pending before the PMLA Court at Rouse Avenue District Court, Delhi. Therefore, it is requested that the CT Case No. 1479/2022 be transferred from Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to Rouse
