By virtue of the present petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the petitioner seeks transfer of divorce petition being HMA No.2549/2023 entitled ‘ Vinay vs. Reena ’ pending before the learned Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to the learned Family Court, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi and to proceed with the said petition from the stage at which the same was pending before the learned Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
